Over 40% of the landfills are made of paper and paper products. That is where companies like Green Field Paper come into play. Since we offer top quality 100% recycled paper products, we are doing our part to cut down on the paper waste. Our recycled paper product lines include numerous products that are made with 100% tree free paper fibers such as hemp and post-consumer pulp. Green Field Paper also uses soy-ink in its printed materials. Soy ink is a helpful component in paper recycling, as soy ink can be removed much easier than oil-based ink from the paper during the de-inking process. In comparison to traditional inks, soy-based inks are naturally low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and their usage can lower the emissions that cause air pollution.
Our handmade paper line is 100% recycled made with post-consumer pulp sourced direct from one of the “greenest” ecologically friendly pulp mills in North America. Our hemp paper is made with pulp from North American grown hemp fiber and mixed with 100% post-consumer pulp in 25/75 content. Our hemp paper is better than regular 100% recycled paper since the hemp pulp from hemp fibers adds back the strength lost when recycling virgin paper. We have a vast selection of other environmentally friendly products, so take some time and browse around.
